Regarding my grievance and arbitration

Hello,

Please consider watching THE HUMAN BEHAVIOUR EXPERIMENTS by Alex Gibney, this evening on CBC (see below for details)

While being employed by BCStats, I remembered the Milgram obedience experiment and the Stanford University Prison Experiment because, while I was employed by BCStats, I was being treated like a prisoner .... as though I was less than a human, to be treated as though I was a dog, by my co-workers who were like the prison guards with the manager encouraging this behaviour.

What a terrible experience that was.

Perhaps this helps explain why there was no interest by the manager and my co-workers in my request for the team effectiveness courses nor the work place skills program.

I had an excellent work record, was hard working, active, involved, innovative and helpful; however, I was treated terribly.

Bullying people, who are making improvements in time cost and quality, and drumming them out of their jobs should not be considered acceptable.
