Welcome to Warren Munroe's Population Analysis webpage.
Population analysis provides the foundation upon which social and economic activity can be examined, and plans can be made.
Population analysis examines estimates of the components of population change and influencing factors by referring to vital statistics, as well as census counts, and adjusted estimates, and other relevant data. Population analysis also includes examination of the strengths and weaknesses of the methods and models used to create population estimates, projections, and forecasts.
Most Articles refer to population for communities, districts, and regions, on the west coast of Canada, but also include examinations of population for the Canadian provinces and the United States of America, as well as the continents, and world population change.
Are you looking for a Population Projection, or would you like a presentation explaining population change for your area? See the Services page for details including how projections are done as well as a price list.
This year's Summer Science Course, highlighting statistical methods, biology and population surrounding the tidal plain, as well as Population Forum presentations, are described on the Events page.
